The latest Cross Country Racers (CCR) event, "Splash and Dash," made waves as participants raced through a sun-soaked summer course full of surprises. With 24 racers making a splash and finishing by midnight on Friday, the event was nothing short of a summer spectacle which was fitting for the theme Splash Into Summer!
Main Event Highlights:
🏆 Winner: Christone Christone raced to victory, claiming the grand prize—a choice between the 2024 CCR ZMW Buggy, the CCR Victory Buggy (for those who’ve completed 10 races), or the CCR ZMW Hover Buggy (for 15 races). Christone’s lucky dice roll was total YAY, but since they had already clinched a victory earlier this season, the Double Winner’s Circle came into play.
🎉 Double Winner’s Circle: Bonus Vehicle Winner - Zibaanna In keeping with the Double Winner’s Circle rule, a second vehicle was up for grabs, ensuring another participant could drive home a winner. Zibaanna, a fierce competitor, seized this opportunity during the Bonus Drawing, taking home the coveted prize.
Hard Mode Heroes: MR_Greenlight and Drain_Bramaged For those looking for an extra challenge, Hard Mode was available through Wednesday. MR_Greenlight and Drain_Bramaged stepped up, tackling the tougher course and finishing strong, showing that determination pays off in the long run and getting that week's Race Point.

With such an impressive lineup of qualified finishers, and with a good showing at the after event, the Bonus Drawing kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Typically, the prize is 5K, and we gave away a few of those!!
