CCR: Twentieth Triumph Race

Let's recap CCR: Twentieth Triumph, the 20th Cross Country Racers event of 2024. This was a little milestone in the CCR series, and for several of the racers. Cross Country Racers flew, zoomed, and buzzed from checkpoint to checkpoint - posting a few pics along the way.

The Race Results

After all participants crossed the finish line, the anticipation built up for the random drawing. There were a few choice words exchanged between racers ahead of the drawing.

Will there be Jello wrestling?

The winner of the Twentieth Triumph was Lostinthewoods, who took home the very first CCR ZMW Hover Buggy and won gas money. Additionally, Dave008 emerged as a bonus winner, taking home some cash!

Looking Ahead

The Twentieth Triumph was not just a celebration the path to twenty in 2024 but a promise for the future. It’s a reminder of what we've achieved together and what we can accomplish in the races to come. As we celebrate this milestone, we also look to the future with excitement and optimism with plans for more innovative races, broader participation, and deeper community engagement.

Bumps in the Road!

The 20th race had it's fun moments. Racer's were met with 3 clue envelopes along the way which were added because quest pieces - both visible and invisible - all became null at several checkpoints. A crew of investigators went out to help document the issue. Thanks in part to this group effort and staff investigation, I am happy to report an update. Sector 4 was experiencing some tech issues and Dan has fixed it!
